No exceedances were noted, however due to an
oversight, I provided our laboratory with the wrong parameter list to be used for MON1. As a
result, no analysis was completed for potentially dissolved cadmium, silver, manganese, and
copper (this is indicated on the DMR). The remaining parameters were analyzed for. I,have
since modified the laboratory parameter list so this will not occur again. In addition, in reviewing
our files it came to my attention that we did not enclose a DMR for MON1 for the first quarter of
2009. Note that the site did discharge in the first quarter of 2009, and a copy of the DMR for the
first quarter of 2009 is enclosed with the no discharge box checked.
Outfall 002A (sites 3001 and 300E) flowed each week of the period. No exceedances were noted.
Very truly you
Brian A.
