Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The June 2009 Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on 30 July 2009; the reports cover the time period <br />from 01 June 2009 through 30 June 2009. <br />Two NPDES outfalls at the Edna Mine discharged during June 2009. Discharges 004A and 007A did <br />not exceed any compliance criteria during the month. Both discharges passed the Chronic Whole <br />Effluent Toxicity Test for the first semi-annual event of 2009. <br />Thank you for the timely submittal. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
