A copy of the Rule is enclosed for your review and reference. Please be sure the <br />request is sent certified mail and separate from any other correspondence. <br />The important question a permit holder must ask is does a site meet the approved reclamation <br />permit? If a site does not meet the approved plans, staff cannot by rule release the site <br />regardless of any landowner acceptance or approvals. Weather may soon be a factor at the site. <br />An inspection cannot be done unless the site is relatively free of snow cover.
