To ensure that your upcoming permit revision <br />addresses all the items we believe it needs to address, I am providing a list of pertinent correspondence and rules <br />below. Furthermore, since we are hoping to complete the renewal findings in the nea?tvueekarso, I believe it would be <br />better if Western Fuels-Colorado ?wFC}wait until after the renewal has been issued before subrr?itting the permit <br />revision. This delay vuill diminish confusion with the publication of the permit renewal and it will allow INfC the tine to <br />checkthe revision submittal to be sure ail items listed belovu have been addressed, The stipulations we attach to the <br />permit renewal will require that the permit revision be submitted within 30 days after permit issuance.
