Box 100 <br />Eads, Colorado 81036 <br />719-438-5810 719-438-5818 <br />Fax: 7 19-438-56 15 <br />commissioners@kiowacountycolo.com <br />Meetings Twice Monthly <br />On June 4, 2009 and inspection of the Ferris Pit # M-1991-073 was conducted by Inspector <br />Jared Egbert with Rick Spady in attendance. <br />Please refer to the attached copies of the Reclamation Division reports: (1) Observations <br />(2) Problems/possible violations and corrective actions. <br />According to the inspection report, Kiowa County must submit a Technical Revision in order to <br />come into compliance with the Reclamation Division on or before August 24, 2009. A notarized <br />letter must be received from you stating that you approve leaving the stock water pond in <br />place. So that we can continue to move forward with finishing the reclamation of the Ferris Pit, <br />would you please return the notarized letter to this office as soon as possible. <br />If you have any question or concerns, please contact Rick Spady or this office.
