backfilled, regraded, stabilized, drainage channels have been established, and revegetation has
been successful. Some maintenance issues will need to be addressed before bond may be release
on these areas. These are: removing metal waste from sediment basin, weed control and,
potentially, maintenance on the south road drainage channel. Mr. Musick will provide Mr. Leech
with a PDF map indicating where maintenance/weed control is necessary. I believe the
vegetation data provided in the BR application accurately represents the successful revegetation
efforts on this site.
