In accordance with <br />the guidelines set by the Colorado Division of Land Reclamation, notice shall be given to adjacent <br />landowners situated within 200 feet of the property to satisfy the reclamation requirements in the event the <br />mining operator damages the adjacent property with the operation. This notice is written releasing you <br />from any damages done from the mining activities which affect your property. <br />Please sign below that you understand our intent to mine and that the permit holder is responsible for any <br />damages done to your property pertaining to the mining operation.
