Natural Resource Trustee <br />Hayden, CO 81639 <br />Re: Coal Exploration File No. X-1993-168-27 <br />Dear Mr. Karo: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to Approve the release of coal <br />exploration bond submitted by Peabody Western Coal Company for Notice of Intent No. X-1993-168-27. <br />The bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes in Routt County. This is a <br />partial bond release of holes drilled under NOI X-1993-168-27. Bond in the amount of $2,424.00 will be <br />held for active monitoring holes 3314C and 3317C. A total of $5,001.00 will be released for hole 3313C <br />and 114 seismic holes.
