Further, <br />the Longacres seek your clients assurances that it/they will no longer use the SEl/4NW1/4 and <br />SW 1/4NE1/4 of Section 34, Twp. 5 North, Range 58 West of the 6th P. M. for purposes that are not <br />authorized by the mining permit, county zoning or that are inconsistent with the Longacres' right to <br />graze the property.
