to myself or the Longacres for review.
REMOVAL OF THE ASBESTOS LADEN MATERIALS
On or about the week of February 23, 2009, the asbestos laden materials were removed from the
Property site. Attached as Exhibit C, are pictures of the removed materials and replacement of
soil on the Longacre property. Upon notification from John Longacre about the removal, I called
Hannah Neumhoff, Assistant Attorney General for the Colorado Department of Public Health
inform her of the removal. She informed me that the Colorado Department of Public Health
order the removal of the materials.
CONCLUSION
Since the removal of the asbestos laden materials, the whereabouts of the asbestos laden
materials have not be ascertained. It also appears a proper manifest was not obtained to transport
the materials from the Property. Phone calls to several of the local land fills could not verify that
either a manifest was obtained. 'However, the Buffalo Ridge Disposal site confirmed that
Morgan Sand and Gravel has an account, and was granted a special dumping permit on April 1,
2009. The operator did not specify if it was for asbestos.
Attached as Exhibit D are pictures of recent concrete/waste material being stored on the Property.
As you can clearly see, that this does not conform to Paragraph 3 subpart c of Resolution 2008
BCC 52.
If you need any
materials or have any questions, please call me at 303-762-1954.
cc: William Schell, Esq.
Longacre Ranch, RLLLP
2
