Box 700, <br />Henderson, CO 80640 <br />Currently, Lafarge West, Inc. holds a partial amount of the total bond for the property. <br />This amount is $264,000 in place to ensure the slurry wall is installed. The slurry wall is <br />now complete and Lafarge has no further interest in the property. The property owner is <br />the current permit holder and shall have all future responsibility on the property.
