Detailed description of any use, other than evaporation, and method of <br />diversion, rate of diversion, and annual amount of diversion of any water withdrawn from <br />the pond: <br />The amount of gravel to be mined in the expansion area is anticipated to be 4 to 5 million <br />tons. The uses of water will include dewatering, dust control, product moisture loss, and <br />irrigation. Dewatering will occur thru a combination of diversion ditches and a settling <br />pond where water will be pumped for either land application or discharge to the Yampa <br />River. The pumping rate will be approximately 1,100 gpm. The average annual amount <br />of water diverted or used will be approximately 1,755 acre-feet/year.
