Mine offices an( <br />major surface facilities are located adjacent to Foide . <br />Creek, near the intersection of these two roads. Th( <br />mine permit area is covered by the Cow Creek <br />Dunkley, Milner, Mount Harris, Oak Creek, and Rat <br />tlesnake Butte USGS 7.5 minute quadrangle maps <br />The lands affected by the proposed revision are to V <br />cated in the S1h; Section 32, T5N, R86W and the NY <br />Sections 8 and 9, T4N, R86W. TCC controls,botl <br />the coal and surface in this area. The Mine Permi <br />Area includes all or portions of Sections 7 through 9 <br />T4N, R86W; T5N, R86W, except Sections 34 througl <br />36; and Sections 13, 22 through 24, 25 through 27 <br />and 34 through 36, T5N', R87W.
