<br />10312-1 <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Twentymile Coal Company (TCC), 29515 Rout <br />County Road 27, Oak Creek, Colorado 80467; ha <br />submitted an application for Technical Revision (TR <br />of the Foidel Creek Mine, Permit Number C-82-056 The revision (TR09-67) addresses expansion of th- <br />existing Coal Refuse Disposal Area (RDA). <br />The mine permit area encompasses approxirr?ateI <br />994(.af[es,-Igsated.approximately,2$miles _IIn <br />West of teambbat S? rings on Routt County Roar <br />33, and approximately 7.3 mile; northwest of Cal <br />Creek on Routt County Road 27. Mine offices an( <br />major surface facilities are located adjacent to Foide . <br />Creek, near the intersection of these two roads. Th( <br />mine permit area is covered by the Cow Creek <br />Dunkley, Milner, Mount Harris, Oak Creek, and Rat <br />tlesnake Butte USGS 7.5 minute quadrangle maps <br />The lands affected by the proposed revision are to V <br />cated in the S1h; Section 32, T5N, R86W and the NY <br />Sections 8 and 9, T4N, R86W. TCC controls,botl <br />the coal and surface in this area. The Mine Permi <br />Area includes all or portions of Sections 7 through 9 <br />T4N, R86W; T5N, R86W, except Sections 34 througl <br />36; and Sections 13, 22 through 24, 25 through 27 <br />and 34 through 36, T5N', R87W. The ownership; pre <br />cise location, and boundaries of lands within the Per <br />mit are identified on pages 2.03-13 through 2.08-11 <br />and 2.03-22 and 2.03-23-1, and Map 1, of the Min, <br />Permit Application Package (PAP), and are include( <br />in this public notice by reference. <br />Copies. of the PAP, including the referenced Tech hi <br />cal Revision application,'(less confidential material <br />are available for inspection at the mine office and th- <br />office of, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Min <br />ing, and Safety.
