We identify mining proposals as plans of operations under 43 CFR 3809 regulations and
we will analyze the proposal through the National Environmental Policy Act using a document called
an environmental assessment.
Any access requirements should be included as part of your 110 application. We understand that a
county road accesses the property. Your access requirements can be approved as part of your
proposal and we do not require separate access processing.
Please contact Dan Grenard of my staff at 719-269-8527 if you additional questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
A4VIal--,
y L.
