A. On-Site Sewage Disposal: All on-site sewage disposal systems shall be sited, designed, <br />and constructed in compliance with local and state health standards. <br />B. Hazardous Substances: All state and federal requirements for handing and storage of <br />hazardous substances shall be satisfied. <br />C. Access to Public Roads: Access onto County roads require a permit from the County Road <br />and Bridge Department, and onto State highways, from the State Highway Department. <br />D. Signs: Signs shall comply with the performance standards of Division 8, Article V. <br />E. Noise: All mining uses shall demonstrate continuing compliance with any applicable state <br />and federal noise standards. <br />F. Light, Glare: Any use that regularly directs excessive light, glare, or heat beyond the <br />property line shall be prohibited. <br />G. Shielding: Welding equipment and similar sources of intense light shall be shielded form <br />neighboring properties or public ways by enclosure in a building, location on the property, <br />construction of a fence or wall, or a landscaped buffer. <br />H_ Interference: Any use, which creates electrical interference beyond the property line, shall <br />be prohibited. <br />Solid Waste Storage: Solid waste shall be stored in an enclosed building or in bear-proof <br />containers and handled in a manner that does not: (a) attract bears, rodents, flies, or other <br />animals or pests; (2) generate odors, perceptible beyond the property boundaries; (3) create <br />liquid runoff onto soil or off-site; and (4) permit the blowing of paper and other trash or waste. <br />J. Runoff: Construction or use that channels storm or melt water runoff in a manner that <br />adversely impacts neighboring properties or public ways shall be prohibited. <br />K. Licenses and Permits.
