It is TM's responsibilily to understand <br />the recommendations presented here and their implied risks. A.41 can provide additional <br />explanations or can provide acld?l?onal effi)rt to holler yuantily the ricks. <br />TMI is responsible for the final design and construction or the open pits at the mine. <br />Recommendalions for monitoring have been made here in this report. However, TAIL assumes <br />responsihilitv_1')r implementing A41 's recommendations and might include modifications given <br />other needs of the mining operations. AAI remains availahle for consulting Aring final design <br />and construction, and can assist with Jiehl monitoring qfground conditions as needed. It is <br />recommended that TAH have procechires fi?r field implementation of' the included <br />recommendations. Recommendations provided in this report do not constitute a.final design. <br />The recommendations provided herein are hosed on accepted practice and rekrenced sources <br />have been .cited where appropriate.
