Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division received Energy Fuel's letter requesting an extension of the proposed decision on July 15, <br />2009. Kerr Coal Company is in the process of obtaining information from the Colorado Water Engineer <br />regarding retention of the Tipple Pond.
