QUIGLEY, P.E. <br />• Bypass pipe is completely installed and headwall was formed and ready for concrete <br />placement, scheduled for July 10, 2009. Existing diversion ditch is still in place and in <br />use. <br />• 24" O.D. SDR 17 HDPE Pipe has been fused and entire length (280-feet approximately) <br />has been placed in excavated trench along the edge of the waste rock pile as proposed <br />on the design drawings and is complete in place with backfill. <br />• Two (2) 2" taps for air release and 24" tee for additional air release were observed in <br />place in accordance with design drawings. <br />• Bedding and backfill has been completed per design drawings. <br />• Concrete pipe anchors/cutoff walls have been installed and covered with rip-rap per <br />design drawings. <br />• Riprap is placed over the bypass pipe and at the pipe outlet at station 2+80 <br />1h .. .
