(Holcim), please find enclosed one copy of the Final Chris Peters <br />April 2009 Groundwater Monitoring Report, which summarizes analytical results for <br />groundwater samples collected on April 21, 2009. Phone: <br />810.225.1905 <br />On behalf of Holcim, ARCADIS abandoned monitoring wells MW-6, MW-08 and Email: <br />MW-10 on April 7, 2009 per the conclusions of the Final March 2008 Groundwater chris.peters@arcadis- <br />Monitoring Report. ARCADIS also installed a new monitoring well (MW-13) located us.com <br />hydraulically downgradient of the Cement Kiln Dust landfill as part of the November <br />2008 Groundwater Monitoring Plan revision. MW-13 will be monitored on a quarterly Our ref: <br />basis for five consecutive quarters. We request that annual sampling of MW-13 be B0025510 <br />implemented thereafter.
