The DRMS' letter dated November 26, 2007, transmitted its adequacy review for the
referenced minor revision. On behalf of McClane Canyon Mining LLC, following are its
responses to the DRMS' comments and concerns.
1. As requested, enclosed is amended Figure 2.2-3.
2. The "Collector Ditch" label was added to the ephemeral channel located east
of the sediment pond. Page 2-42 was amended to reference the location of
the design of the collector ditch diversion.
3. The design of the collector ditch diversion is shown on new page 3 of Table
4.2-13. New page 3 includes a commitment to plate approximately 240-feet
of the new diversion ditch with 12 inches of riprap.
