MANAGEMENT <br />The DRMS' letter dated November 26, 2007, transmitted its adequacy review for the <br />referenced minor revision. On behalf of McClane Canyon Mining LLC, following are its <br />responses to the DRMS' comments and concerns. <br />1. As requested, enclosed is amended Figure 2.2-3. <br />2. The "Collector Ditch" label was added to the ephemeral channel located east <br />of the sediment pond. Page 2-42 was amended to reference the location of <br />the design of the collector ditch diversion. <br />3. The design of the collector ditch diversion is shown on new page 3 of Table <br />4.2-13. New page 3 includes a commitment to plate approximately 240-feet <br />of the new diversion ditch with 12 inches of riprap. <br />Page 2-42, Page 3 of Table 4.2-13 and Figure 2.2-3 are enclosed.
