This list is intended to represent all possible permits and should not be construed <br />as a final determination of which permits will be required. <br />• Otero County Land Use Approval (Use by Review) including a County Road <br />Maintenance Agreement - Previously approved <br />• CDPS State Discharge Permit/Stormwater Permit - Previously approved <br />• Fugitive Dust Air Permits (APEN) <br />• State Historic Preservation Office Clearance - Please see the results of a search of <br />the Colorado Inventory of Cultural Resources in Attachment A.
