Banks and Gesso. LLC <br />This gravel deposit averages 10 to 12 feet in thickness. The deposit consists of fine- <br />grained sand and gravel of up to 4 to 6 inches in diameter. The overburden/topsoil <br />consists of sandy and clay loams of zero to 4 inches in thickness. The stratum <br />immediately beneath the gravel deposit is clay loam. <br />The primary commodities to be mined are sand and gravel for road base and <br />construction aggregates. There are no secondary commodities. There are no expected <br />incidental products. No explosives will be used in the operation. <br />Material Import Notification <br />The following material may be imported from outside of the approved permit area onto <br />the site: <br />• Fill dirt, soil, and manure for reclamation. <br />All imported material will be clean and inert, as defined in Rule 1.1(20). <br />All-Rite Paving & Redi-Mix, Inc. 09002 <br />Proctor Pit 9 July, 2009
