The Permittre, Robins Construction desiM to conduct a mining operation known as Robins Rock p14 <br />for the Purpose of =ftcbM Volcanic m"Mals (ash, eindcr$). Un1ON this PC1=1t is modified or a separate permit is <br />issued to cover the nstarig and/or recovery of other minerals or extractive products, the Permittee will not mine or recover- <br />any other commodities at this site. <br />B. On December 21, 2007 the Mired Land Reclamation Board (the "Board-) approved the A E ittee's <br />application for this permit. fixed the amour of the fmmtcial warranty and directed that this permit be issued upon the <br />filing with the Division of Reclarml Wn, Mining and Safety (the "Division") of perforrImce warranty and finanoW <br />warranty (or warranties) in the amount so fined in form and substance approved by the Division Said warranties have <br />been filed with the Division. <br />C. If the Patnittee dcsims to eldmt materials other than those listed in (A? a separate permit or a permit <br />modification may be mqui vd. <br />D. On December 21. 2007 the Board made the foilowing findings- <br />1. The application for this permit complies with the requirements of the Colorado Minexi Land <br />Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. C.R.S. 3432.5-101 et M., as amended, and with all <br />applicable local, state and federal laws; <br />2.
