EXHIBIT D
Reclamation Plan
The Robins Rock Pit will be reclaimed as mining progresses with each mined area to be reclaimed upon
completion of mining in that area. The area to be mined in conjunction with the 111 permit is shown
with a hatched boundary line; this area should be mined out by the end of summer of 2008.The area will
be reclaimed during the fall of 2008 and will be graded as shown on the accompanying Reclamation Plan
Map, and will then have previously removed topsoil placed on that surface. In order to insure that
sufficient topsoil depth for successful planting be attained, fine material from the nearby Robins Pit No.1
(M-2002-104) may be hauled to the site and mulched prior to seeding a typical rangeland vegetation as
recommended by the MRCS. Water from the nearby irrigation pond will be used to help keep the soil
moist until grasses are reestablished in each area. Since the pit floor will most likely be uneven, topsoil
and or imported fine materials will be graded to a smooth surface for ease in planting. It is anticipated
that the average depth of soil and or imported fine material will be 6 inches. It is also planned that the
initial mined area will serve the surface and subsurface owner, Mr. Aniceto Lucero, as a stock drive to
move cattle to the nearby Mesa without having to transport them in trucks. This plan has been revised
to reflect that it is only written for the 111 permit and will need to be further modified for the 110
permit.
