Box 46667 <br />Denver, Colorado 80201-4667 <br />RE: Minor Revision No. 94, Map 22 Facilities Update, Colowyo Coal Mine, <br />Permit No. C-81-019 <br />Dear Mr. Johnston: <br />Colowyo submitted one revision to our permit, identified as MR-94, which was approved <br />by the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (CDRMS) on April 14, <br />2008. MR-94 updated Map 22 - Existing Structures, with the actual physical ]locations of <br />the current mine site facilities as opposed to the previous Map 22 which showed arrows <br />pointing from the descriptive text to "empty" areas of the map. Enclosed you will find <br />one (1) copy of the revision containing the revised materials.
