Public Notice <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on June 9, 2008, a minor revision application (MR-96) to the <br />Colowyo Coal Mine, Permit No. C-1981-019, operated by Colowyo Coal Company L.P., 5731 State <br />Highway 13, Meeker, CO 81641 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. The Colowyo Coal <br />Company has submitted a Minor Revision for the Colowyo Mine to update Page 2 of the Permit Renewal <br />Application. The change to this page updates/changes the correspondence information in item 6. The <br />change is necessary due to changes in the environmental staff at the Colowyo Mine. This revision is <br />administrative in nature and does not include any changes to the disturbed or permit boundary. There will <br />be no change in the mine's liability as a result of this revision.
