CO-0027154 on July 2, 2009. <br />Outfalls 003A (Pond B), 005A/05X/MON5 (Pond D), and 008A (Pond G) discharged during May 2009. <br />No parameter exceedances were reported for any of the outfalls. The form for Outfall 005A was not <br />included with the report. TCC's cover letter indicated that corrections were being made to the form and <br />that the DMR for Outfall 005A would be forthcoming. <br />The reports are in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii).
