CO-0027154 on June 3, 2009.
Outfalls 002A, 003A (Pond B), 005A/05X/MON5 (Pond D), 006A (Pond E), 007A/007W/MON007 (Pond
F), and 008A (Pond G) discharged during April 2009. No parameter exceedances were reported for any of
the outfalls. WET tests samples were collected for Outfalls 005W and 007W. Results of the WET test
analyses will be submitted with the June report. Please note that the DMR form for Outfall 004 A
identifies the discharge as "Mine 1, Pond C to Foidel Creek" on the first page, but page 2 identifies Outfall
004A as, "Mine 1, Pond T to Foidel Creek". Pond T is associated with Outfall 002A. Please correct this
identification on the DMR sheet for Outfal1004A.
The reports are in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii). Thank you for prompt submittal of these reports.
Sincerely,
J net H. inns
nviro ental Protection Specialist II
C:/jhb/C82056/DMRs/2009/CO-0027154/April 000027154.doc
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand )unction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
