This is a problem at 2009 <br />this time for failure to employ weed control for weed species that threaten the <br />development of the desired vegetation. This is pursuant-to Rule 3.1.10(6) <br />Type Ps <br />Topic RV <br />Corrective Action: <br />Treat the musk thistle and Canada thistle and provide a notice to the Division when the <br />treatment has taken effect.
