WHEREAS, this Board finds that there is an obvious public need for the concrete
production operation provided for by this Permit, and that Permittee has provided proof
satisfactory to this Board that he will maintain the permit site during the Permit period.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRAND COUNTY, COLORADO, that Bumgarner Ranches shall
be and hereby is, granted a Special Use Permit Amendment pursuant to the provisions
Of Section XI of the Grand County Zoning Regulations, under the terms and conditions
set forth in the attached "Exhibit A", which is incorporated by reference as if set forth in
full herein.
