A Technical Revision to include a wash plant, a concrete batch plant with sedimentation ponds <br />to the permit. The source of water for the wash plant comes from the Starr Gulch Halloween <br />Pump No. 1, the Starr Gulch tributary to the Troublesome Creek, tributary to the Colorado River <br />per attached letter from Cazier, McGowan & Walker with attached water rulings from District <br />Court, Water Division No 5, State of Colorado, concerning application for water rights of Welton <br />J. Bumgarner. <br />2. A Technical Revision based on application to the County of Grand, for an Amended Special <br />Use Permit allowing the addition of a concrete batch plant and other such equipment as necessary <br />for efficient operation of gravel pit in the permitted area, which was approved per Resolution No <br />2006-7-37, Exhibit A. (attached) <br />Please find attached a map of the Brig Pit showing location of sedimentation ponds, location of <br />wash plant and concrete batch plant. <br />3. The containment berm has been maintained to have 110% capacity to correct any defect at the <br />fuel tank storage area.
