Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received the submittal by <br />Bowie Resources LLC (BRL) of Succession of Operator No. 5 (SO-5) for the Bowie No. 1 Mine on <br />July 6, 2009. The Division found the submittal of SO-5 complete on July 7, 2009. <br />The proposed newspaper advertisement of completeness can be published, with proof of publication <br />submitted to the Division. Please file a copy of the SO-5 submittal at the Paonia Public Library.
