Ebert, Environmental Protection Specialist <br />RE: Connell Resources, Inc., Wellington Downs Pit, Permit No. M-1995-035 <br />Please be advised that on June 30, 2009, Connell Resources, Inc., whose address and telephone number are 7785 <br />Highland Meadows Parkway, Ste. 100 , Fort Collins, CO 80528; (970) 223-3151, submitted a request for full <br />reclamation responsibility release for the Wellington Downs Pit, Permit No. M-1995-035. The construction materials <br />extraction operation is located at or near Section 3, Township 6N, Range 68W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Larimer <br />County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866- <br />3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
