Regardless of any <br />unforeseen delays in approvals, groundwaters will not be exposed until all necessary <br />approvals from the Colorado State Engineer's Office are obtained. <br />3) Wells within 600 feet of the planned areas of extraction are shown on Exhibit C-2: <br />Extraction Plan Map. Waivers for all wells located within this 600 foot area are <br />attached. <br />Application Form <br />2. The Certification Page has not been filled out completely. Please submit a replacement <br />page and include the year wherever the date is listed. <br />It would appear the notary did not show the year. We regret the oversight. Included with this <br />submittal, please find a corrected Certification Page to replace that submitted with the original <br />application. The Certification affirms the date submitted originally to the Office. <br />6.4.1 Exhibit A - Legal Description and Location May <br />No Office Comment - No reply. <br />6.4.1 Exhibit B - Index May <br />No Office Comment - No reply. <br />6.4.3 Exhibit C - Pre-mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands <br />3. Rule 6.2.1(b) states that all maps must be signed by a professional land surveyor, <br />professional engineer, or other qualified person. Please submit signed copies of Exhibit A; <br />Legal Description Map; Exhibit C-1: Existing Conditions Map; Exhibit C-2: Extraction Map; <br />Exhibit F: Reclamation Map; Exhibit UJ: Soil & Vegetation Map; and the Conveyor Route Map. <br />We regret the oversight. Included with this reply find two complete sets of signed maps as <br />requested, above. The maps may include the revisions as requested by the Office in its <br />preliminary adequacy review, or as referenced or otherwise indicated, below. <br />4. Rule 6.4.3(e) requires the type of present vegetation covering the affected lands to be <br />portrayed on the Pre-mining or Mining Plan Maps. Please include the type of present vegetation <br />covering the affected lands on Exhibit UJ: Soils & Vegetation Map. <br />The soil demarcation portrays the extent of soil by type, for which each soil type corresponds to <br />site specific Range Site Descriptions (provided with the original submittal) indicating the native <br />cover that can occur over the property, with a text description of existing vegetation and an aerial <br />Varra Companies, Inc. correspondence of 30 June 2009 to the Colorado Office of Mined Land Reclamation 2 <br />(Office) in reply to Office correspondence of 12 May 2009 - Heintzelman Project - M2009-018.
