In your letter you requested the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />(Division) to enforce the noise standards outlined in Title 25, Article 12, Section 103 of the <br />Revised Colorado Statues. For future reference, our Division does not have the authority to <br />enforce that statute. This statute is assigned to the Colorado Department of Public Health and <br />the Environment and they are responsible for enforcing the standards.
