Colowyo Mine — Permit loo, C- 1981 -01 <br />TR -7 — South Taylor Haul Road <br />2nd Adequacy Review — Engineering <br />At your request, I have reviewed Rio Tinto's 12 .dune 2009 Response to the Division.' <br />Preliminary Adequacy Review for TR-76 with T -76 w respect to my previous comments <br />transmitted to you on 23 harsh. The numbering I used in my memo to you is followed <br />in parentheses by the item number referenced in the Response. <br />1 3 Section 4.03 .1 (1)(f) requires that all haul roads be removed and the affected land <br />reclaimed in accordance with the requirements of 4.03.1(7). The TR -7 <br />application sloes not address proposed reclamation of the South Taylor Haul <br />Road. Please provide the Division with reclamation detalls for the proposed <br />Haul Road. <br />Colowyo added the following sentence regarding reclamation of the ST Haul <br />Road to the Page 4.03 -1 and Rule 4 page 2 in 'V'olume 12: `Reclamation of <br />the South Taylor Haul Road will be addressed as required by Rule 4.03.1(7) <br />and will tale place after Colowyo has determined that the road will no longer <br />be needed for operations, reclamation or monitoring."
