Dear Mr. Dudash:
On behalf of Bowie Resources LLC, please withdraw the referenced technical revision
from further consideration. Since Bowie has approval to discharge direct to the North
Fork of the Gunnison River, TR-54, it no longer needs to purse approval to discharge to
the old US Steel underground workings.
