A public notice of the proposed decision was published <br />in the Craig Daily Press on June 17, 2009. This public notice initiated a ten-day public comment <br />period that parties having objections or concerns could submit their concerns to the Division regarding <br />this proposed revision. No comments were received by the Division during the public comment <br />period. The tenth day fell on Saturday, June 27, 2009.
