In the <br />Expansion Area, if line power is not available, one diesel electric generator may be used <br />provided that the installation plan of the generator, which may include additional noise <br />suppression and other requirements, is approved by the Planning Director. <br />33. If allowed by federal regulations, the permittee is required to install proximity- <br />sensitive backup alarms on all loaders. <br />34. Prior to recordation of this permit, the Landowner shall execute a development <br />agreement acceptable to the Routt County Attorney to ensure that the 80-acre land "set <br />aside" in compliance with the conservation mitigation requirements of Section 9.4.1.D of <br />the Routt County Zoning Regulations shall be preserved from all future residential or <br />commercial development. <br />Commissioner Stahoviak seconded. <br />Under discussion, Mr. Vanderbloemen asked whether an extension of the permit's <br />expiration date could be obtained.
