STATE OF COLORADO COUNTY OF ROUTT OFFICE OF THE CLERK May 26, 2009 Chair Douglas B. Monger called the meeting of the Routt County Board of County Commissioners to order. Commissioner Diane Mitsch Bush and County Manager Tom Sullivan were present and recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Commissioner Nancy J. Stahoviak joined the day's proceedings after they had begun. Diana Bolton recorded the meeting and prepared the minutes. EN RE: REVIEW OF MINUTES MOTION Commissioner Monger moved to approve and authorize the Chair to sign the minutes of the regular meeting of the Routt County Board of County Commissioners of May 5, 2009. Commissioner Mitsch Bush seconded; the motion carried 2-0. Commissioner Stahoviak was absent. EN RE: REVIEW OF WARRANTS MOTION Commissioner Mitsch Bush moved to approve and authorize the Commissioners to sign the Accounts Payable Checks, Cycle date May 29, 2009; the Accounts Payable Checks, Manuals, for May 21, 2009; the Accounts Payable, Wires, for May 29, ;2009, and the Payroll Checks, Cycle date May 29, 2009, for a total of $943,624.93, and noted that the County Manager had reviewed the warrants. Commissioner Monger seconded. Under discussion, Mr. Sullivan noted that a payment was made to Longrange Technologies, in the amount of $10,771.75, for web security software licenses, and distributions of dedicated property taxes were made to various entities. The motion carried 2-0. Commissioner Stahoviak was absent. EN RE: ITEMS OF NOTE FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY'S WORK SESSIONS No work sessions were held the previous day since all County offices were closed in observance of Memorial Day.
