As such, pursuant to Hard Rock/Metals Rule 1.4.1(7), this office has extended the original 30-day
review timeframe by an additional 60 days. The Division's decision date has been reset to September 4 2009.
This extension does not require Denison Mines to republish notice nor affect the public comment period.
Please be reminded to send this office the proof of mailing notice to the Bureau of Land Management, and the proof of
publication, when such items are available. This office will contact you if written comments are received.
Please contact me if you have questions. I may be reached at the Division's Durango field office: 691 CR 233, Room
A-2, Durango, CO 81301.
Sincerely,
Bob Oswald
Environmental Protection Specialist
Ec: Steve Shuey, DRMS Grand Junction
(c:\09-06 docs\carnation am-) dec date.ext/rco)
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
