As such, pursuant to Hard Rock/Metals Rule 1.4.1(7), this office has extended the original 30-day <br />review timeframe by an additional 60 days. The Division's decision date has been reset to September 7, 2009. <br />This extension does not require Denison Mines to republish notice nor affect the public comment period. <br />Please be reminded to send this office the proof of mailing notice to the Bureau of Land Management, and the proof of <br />publication, when such items are available.
