It appears that the application is still incomplete, as explained below through
reference to the specific rules and exhibits required for the application. Please be reminded that until the
lacking items are provided, the application cannot be considered "complete," and this office cannot begin its
technical adequacy review. The items to address are identified by the application or exhibit name, and may
refer to the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations. I recommend that you read the rules that pertain
to the application items. Please respond to the items listed below:
Application - Applicant/operator or company name.
The new application pages, containing the corporate seal and full corporation name, are now adequate and no
further response is needed.
Exhibit E - Mining and Reclamation Maps (Rule 6.3.5).
The recent submittal included maps of the recent survey information concerning easements, but no maps
were submitted. Rule 6.2 explains the applicable map standards, and Rule 6.3.5 describes the required maps.
Again, I recommend that you read the rules. You must provide a map showing the mining plan and a map
showing the condition of the site after reclamation has occurred. The details depicted on the maps must
support the narrative descriptions in Exhibit C and D. You may use the recent surveyor's map as a base, and
add the details of the mining plan and reclamation plan, as required. The map you submitted is at a proper
scale and includes the necessary location information. The new maps must also be signed and dated, and
include proper titles/exhibit, and labeled permit boundary line.
Exhibit G - Proof of Legal Right to Enter (Rule 6.3.7)
You must still provide one of the acceptable forms of proof of the right to enter upon the proposed permitted
land for mining and reclamation. The acceptable forms are described in the rule cited above. Briefly, it
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
