This information should be <br />incorporated into OSMRE's copy of Mountain Coal Company's (MCC) Permit No. C-1980-007 per approved <br />revision Nos. MR355, MR356, and TR117. <br />Please place the new Exhibit 80 tab and TOC at the back of Volume 11A, and move all of the previously <br />approved and provided methane drainage well (MDW) projects, borehole projects, and other revision <br />information (as listed in the new Exhibit 80 TOC) from behind the Exhibit 79 tab and move them to behind the <br />new Exhibit 80 tab and TOC. The Deer Creek Shaft project approved per TR109 should. remain behind the <br />Exhibit 79 tab. Also place the entire approved MR355 revision package behind the MR355 tab at the back of <br />Exhibit 80. <br />Please replace the TOC in Volume 1 with the revised TOC. Also replace pages 2.04-50, 2.05-15, 2.05-47, 2.05- <br />52 (Table 36), 2.05-82, 2.05-84, 2.05-86, 2.05-101, 2.05-105, 2.05-107, 2.05-108, 2.05-109, and 2.05-294 <br />through 2.05-297 in the permit text in Volume 1. Add the March 30, 2004 letter from Mr. Terry Hughes to <br />Exhibit 39 in Volume 6, remove the old reclamation estimate and add the revised MT-6 reclamation cost <br />estimate to Exhibit 53 in Volume 11, and remove the old Exhibit 70B (for the RPE Shaft project that was not <br />constructed) and add the new Exhibit 70B (per MR356) to the back of Volume I OB. <br />Please feel free to contact me should you have questions regarding this submittal. <br />Sincerely, <br />Kathleen G.
