I wanted you to know that the concrete batch plant is not unauthorized to be <br />located on the federal property of the US and therefore cannot be included in any state <br />issued permit. Please see the attached letter requiring Bestway to remove the concrete plant <br />and associated equipment, such as the wash off pad, from our property by July 16 or so.
