PROBLEM: <br />Canada thistle was observed in several areas within the mill site. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />The operator must, within 60 days, submit a weed control plan <br />developed in consultation with, and approved by, the appropriate local <br />weed control authority as a technical revision to this permit.
