LESS AND EXCEPT a tract of land lying and being in the
EI/2NW1/4 of said Section 34, more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is 1161.0 feet South, and 32.0 feet
East from the Northwest confer of the El/2NWl/4 of said Section 34
(said point of beginning being East 32.0 feet from the West line of
the El/2NW1/4 of said Section 34),
Thence from said point of beginning:
East 209.0 feet;
South 206.0 feet;
" West 209.0 feet;
" North 206.0 feet to the point of
beginning.
RESERVING, HOWEVER, a non-exclusive access easement 20' in width, and lying
adjacent to and parallel with the westerly boundary line of said NW1/4 beginning at the
