Dudash, Joe
From: Jim Stover Destover@bresnan.net]
Sent: Wednesday, June 24, 2009 12:19 PM
To: Dudash, Joe
Subject: RE: Bowie No. 2 TR-62
Joe:
Please extend the decision deadline for the referenced technical revision until July 2, 2009. Additional time in needed for
review. Bowie would like to initiate construction of the fan around July 15th. Even a July 2, 2009 decision date would
delay their schedule a week.
Jim
From: Dudash, Joe [mailto:Joe.Dudash@state.co.us]
Sent: Wednesday, June 24, 2009 7:47 AM -
To: jestover@bresnan.net
Subject: Bowie No. 2 TR-62
Previously, you had said that there was no rush on TR-62 (Hubbard Creek Fan). Is that still the case? I have to send a
completeness letter to Delta County. Better late than never. I didn't send one to the county at completeness because
the fan would be on Forest Service land, but that probably wasn't a good idea. At any rate, I need to give the county
some time to respond. As it turns out, the decision date is this Friday and we need to extend it. I won't have the Forest
Service comments back until next week anyway. Can we extend TR-62 at least 2 weeks, maybe a month?
