<br />Provision of this lease, this lease is subject to all rules and regulations related to Federal <br />gas royalty collection in Title 30 of the Code of Federal Regulations now or hereinafter in <br />effect and lessor's rules and regulations related to applicable reporting and gas <br />measurement now or hereinafter in effect- <br /> <br />SEVERABILTTY - In the event any provision of this addendum is subject to a legal challenge or <br />is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal in any respect, the validity, legality and <br />enforceability of this lease will not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and lessee will <br />retain, in accordance with the terms of this lease, the exclusive right and privilege to drill for, <br />mine, extract, remove, or otherwise process and dispose of the coal deposits in, upon or under the <br />lands described in this lease, including the right to vent or discharge coal mine methane for safety <br />purposes as required by applicable laws and regulations. <br />This Coal Lease Addendum is effective as of the date all parties have executed the Addendum. <br />MOUNTAIN COAL COMPANY, LLC THE UNI ?S O tMERICA <br />Name: , sg, L?
