Fremont Paving & Redi-Mix, Inc. respectfully requests to change post mining land use <br />from Rangeland to Industrial/Commercial. <br />On October 26, 2004, Fremont County Board of County Commissioners approved a zone change <br />from Agricultural Living to Industrial. Resolution No. 142, Series of 2004 is provided for <br />reference. With this zone change, the current reclamation land use is not compatible with <br />county land use code. <br />Fremont Paving & Redi-Mix, Inc. accepts all current permit conditions and exhibits approved by <br />DRMS except Exhibits E, F, L, Q, and R which are provided.
